It Started With a Conversation at the Markets …

I wanted to share a little story from behind the burrow today 🤍

Our deodorants didn’t start as a “let’s launch a new product” idea.

They started as conversations.

Over and over again at the markets, people would come up and say things like:

“I really want to use natural deodorant… but I’ve tried so many and they just didn’t work.”

Or: “My skin reacted.”

Or: “I loved the idea, but I couldn’t trust it for a full day.”

And honestly… I got it. I’d heard those stories far too many times to ignore.

So instead of just adding another product to the table, I went back to the bench and started quietly testing, tweaking, reformulating, and testing again — until we had something that felt gentle, reliable, and actually did its job.

These deodorants exist because people needed a better option.

Not a louder one.

Not a trendier one.

Just a kinder, everyday one that works with your body, not against it.

And that’s really how most things in the burrow are born — from real needs, real conversations, and a genuine desire to help.
