Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders:
- Australia: free standard shipping on orders over AUD $88
- New Zealand: free shipping on orders over AUD $100
- United Kingdom & European Union: free shipping on orders over AUD $150
Import Duties & Customs The Oily Woylie ships from Australia. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
- United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to UK VAT and customs duties on delivery.
- European Union: We are not VAT-registered in the EU. Import duties and taxes may be assessed by your local customs authority upon delivery.
We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email via Australia Post.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@oilywoylie.com.au. If a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia Post, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
