These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules for using our website, placing orders, and interacting with our brand. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms.

We create natural, handmade products for people and pets. They are for external use only unless stated otherwise.

  • Always read the ingredients list and directions before use.

  • Everyone’s skin, body, and pets are different – results can vary.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud or misuse.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are on our Shipping Policy page.

  • Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are out of our control – but we’ll do our best to help if delays occur.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

  • If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll replace, refund, or credit you in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Change-of-mind returns are handled at our discretion and may require items to be unused and in original packaging.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and branding on this site are owned by The Oily Woylie. You can’t copy or use them without our permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products. Always patch test before first use and follow our directions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
