Peppermint Essential Oil is a cool, crisp, and intensely refreshing oil steam distilled from the leaves of Mentha piperita. Its aroma is sharp, minty, and invigorating, delivering an immediate sense of freshness and clarity.
Highly energising and powerful, Peppermint brings focus, brightness, and cooling intensity to blends. It works especially well in fresh, minty, or clean aromatic compositions and pairs beautifully with citrus, herbs, and woods when used thoughtfully and sparingly.
Blends well with:
Eucalyptus, Lemon, Lavender, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Grapefruit, and Spearmint.

How to use
• Aromatherapy: Diffuse 2–3 drops to create a fresh, energising atmosphere.
• Blending: Best used in small amounts to add crisp freshness to blends.
• Topical (diluted): Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil for aromatic use.
Very strong — always dilute.
Storage and Safety
• Store in a cool, dark place, tightly sealed.
• For external use only.
• Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
