Vetiver Essential Oil is a deep, earthy, and richly grounding oil steam distilled from the roots of Vetiveria zizanioides. Its aroma is complex and layered — smoky, woody, slightly sweet, and profoundly earthy — with a heavy, anchoring presence that unfolds slowly.
Often called the “oil of tranquillity” in perfumery traditions, Vetiver is a classic base note, prized for its ability to stabilise blends and dramatically extend aromatic longevity. It brings gravitas and depth to compositions, beautifully balancing citrus, florals, and spices alike.
Blends well with:
Bergamot, Lavender, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Rose, and Cedarwood.

How to use
